massive equipment failure

My NAD T761 receiver randomly dies, this really sucks cause I got it for a super good deal on ebay. While trying to troubleshoot the problem I blow a tweeter in my speakers. Next my headset starts acting funny then the mic dies, I take it apart and find the problem but it’s not worth [...]
