Carpenter Crest gave me a super friendly letter. In the letter they thank me for being a “valued customer” by telling me their costs have gone up and my rent will increase. Rent is going up $80 a month unless I sign a lease, in which case it will only go up $60. woohoo .. not really.

This is why I like that in BC they can only raise my rent by inflation plus 2 percent MAX, and only once a year. And they have to give me 3 months notice.
